Index Links for 'See' and 'See also' references

I am trying to use Index Links for 'See' and 'See also' references.

The Flare Help shows the example:

Canines See Dogs

But what I'm getting is:

CaninesSee Dogs

How do I insert some space before the 'See' reference? I've tried various CSS settings without success.

Bizarre. If I create the 'See' link using this syntax:

{nopage}Canines{see}Dogs

I get:

Canines See Dogs

So I guess I'll create them that way instead of in the Index Links Editor.

FYI I reported this behavior to Madcap and they have logged it as a bug (#52227).

Did this ever get fixed or did someone find a workaround? This applies only to printed outputs, as the text used in help files can be specified in the skin settings.

For anyone following this thread, I was just informed by MadCap that this issue is fixed in v9. I don't have a copy of v9 to confirm it myself however. Just FYI.

I am still having this issue in Flare V10, but with See Also.

I'm also having the issue with no space before "See also" with Flare 10. Has anyone reported this to Madcap as a bug in Flare 10?
