Is there a way to assign a keyboard shortcut to a custom text or paragraph style? I have a certain style I use for field names and I would really like to be able to use a keyboard shortcut instead of the style menu each time I need it.

Not in Flare.
You can use 3rd party tools to set keyboard shortcuts I think, but I haven't done it before.

Done as well. I've just started using Flare, and that's already on my list of things I'd like.
