Related Topics Not Working

I added a Related Topics Control to a topic and when I preview the topic and click the Related Topics link, nothing happens. I removed the RT, re-added it, copied/pasted it into other topics I wanted to use it in, even closed Flare (7.2) and deleted my Analyzer, Output, and Source Control folders, but nada.

This seems to happen randomly. Any ideas?

My Related Topics still aren't working. Has anyone ever run into this?

You don't say what version/output you're dealing with, but Flare 8.1.1 and a WebHelp target gets me this when I click a Related Topics control:

WebHelp output is currently in preview mode.
Help control links will not be compiled.

We don't use them ourselves, but I have to assume this means that your control will only work in your generated output.

Version 7.2. Web Help and CHM
When I click the Related Topics link the drop down doesn't appear. This is in the Web Editor where you click the icon at the top and the preview window pops up. Related Topics should work here. They always have until now. I've never had any sort of messages/warnings appear.
