Function like Snagit's Stamps?
I've been using a trial of Snagit and love the Stamps feature. They're incredibly useful for quickly annotating software screenshots with numbers that correspond to ordered lists. I cannot find anything similar to this in the Capture trial. Is there a way to quickly annotate with recurring text/images?

Welcome to the forums!
Capture doesn't have stamps, per se. But you can create little graphic objects that effectively serve the same purpose.
Create a little text box whose "rich text" is the number 1. (You need to add it to an image to create it the first time.) Style the text box however you like: border color and width, background color, shadow color and width, font for the number, and so forth. Then save/copy (don't quite remember the command name) that text box to a Capture palette. I typically create a custom palette, and I save/copy all kinds of object I want to reuse. Once the object is on the palette, you can now use it wherever you want. Just drag it from the palette to a position over an image, and then change the "rich text" to whatever number you need.
I actually like this approach as well as I like SnagIt's static stamps. I like that I have total design control over the objects, unlike the static stamps.
Hope this gives you enough to try it on your own.
