Can I combine "live" video with software simulations?

We want to shoot videos of our products in the field (with actors) and combine that footage with simulations recorded in Mimic. Can I import the footage into Mimic, and create a 5-min. movie that can be accessed from within my Flare HTML5 help?

Don't believe so. Don't think Mimic supports other video types. I tried an AVI and it was a no go, all import options want mimic files.

You could create your mimic output and stitch it to the video that you have..not really an ideal fix though.

This would be an awesome feature for making demos, guides etc.
Actually this is why we don't use Mimic anymore.
