How to search this forum
How to search this forum
I don't understand how the advanced search works. Often it would say that my terms are too general for results to be displayed. For example, if I want to find topics about window size used for online help, should I put "window size" in quotes? The instructions don't mention quotes but the plus sign. But even after I used the plus signs for my terms, I still got the message that my terms in the query are too general.
Re: How to search this forum
Easier and faster to just use Google. Type your search terms as usual there, then append site:forums.madcapsoftware.com to restrict your results to this forum. So, with your example, you'd type: "window size" site:forums.madcapsoftware.comfchan wrote:I don't understand how the advanced search works.
