1 PDF with 2 topics that show diff conditions??? Possbile?

I'm wondering if the following is possible in Flare. I think the straight answer is no, but I thought I'd ask anyways.
I'm trying to see if I can avoid maintaining 2 tables and to reuse a single table that lists defects in a release notes for both fixed and current defects.
I have 2 conditions: FIXED and ISSUES that I apply to each row. I also have 2 topics Fixed and Current Defects.
Both topics use the same table, but when i generate my release notes, for my Fixed topic, I'd like to only see the rows that are tagged as FIXED and for the current defects, I'd like to only see the rows that are tagged as ISSUES.

To all the flare experts out there, do you think this possible? Are there alternatives that i could try?

I believe you can do this with snippet conditions.
Put the table in a snippet (I guess it probably is already if you are planning to reuse it in two topics) and then tag the rows as you describe using the Fixed and Issues conditions.
Right-click the Fixed topic and open up Properties. On the Snippet Conditions tab, exclude the Issues condition.
Right-click the Current Defects topic and do the same thing, except this time exclude the Fixed condition.
When the snippet is used in each topic, the specified conditions should be excluded.

I haven't actually tried it and I wondering if it was even possible.
I'll try out your suggestion, but what would i do in the PDF properties? Would i not have any conditions included/excluded? In any case, I'll give it a try on a test release notes and post my findings.

I don't think you need to do anything in the PDF properties in this particular example; the condition is set at the topic level for the snippet.
