"Operation Failed"?! WTF?

Well, I can't build my pdf because I keep getting this "Operation Failed" error (see attached). Does anyone know what this is and how I can workaround it? Right now my documentation is sitting in limbo.

If you have built a PDF output, viewed it, then closed the output but didn't shut down the PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe Reader), then Flare sometimes mistakenly thinks the output file is still open. Try shutting down the program you used to view the PDF, then try building again.

Same can happen when you attached that file to an email using Outlook. Although the email might be long sent Outlook still keeps its paws on the file. If that might have happened restart Outlook and try again.
