Hi, we're trying to import review packages after a SME reviewed them. But importing the review package into Flare leads to the following error in the Topic Reviews window: "(error loading in-box. Specified part does not exist in the package)"
Any ideas what might be wrong here? What is the specified part that is expected, but missing in the package?
Many thanks in advance! Cheers, Kai.

Well, since someone has just told me that Flare review packages are really zip files,
this is what I would do.
I would get both the original review package (you did keep a copy of it, didn't you?) and the returned one, unzip both, then do a file/folder compare. You may spot something that is missing/changed between the two that isn't what you expected. That may help you know where to look next.
if you don't have a tool to do file/folder compares, I cannot recommend Beyond Compare, from Scooter software too highly. It is the single most valuable tool in my toolbox. You can download an evaluation copy, which is valid for 30 days of use (not 30 elapsed days). It's not expensive either.

I have this same problem "error loading in-box: Specified part does not exist in the package".
This post is already very old but against all odds I thought to ask anyway whether you could get the problem fixed?
I would be grateful if you could share your experience.

Hi, Johanna. Old indeed. I do not recall our exact problem 9 years ago - but Msquared's solution still sounds sensible to me today. Try to follow her suggestions.
If, for some reason, you cannot use BeyondCompare, you can rename both the originally sent out review package and what you recieved back to use .zip file extensions, unpack them and compare them manually. You can then either extract the reviewed files manually and/or add the missing files from the origonal package.
Hope this helps, all the best! Cheers, Kai.
