Is FM paragraph mapping saved when creating a template?

I'm a new Flare user trying to orient myself.

1. I created a project from an imported FM file. Some of the FM paragraph styles I mapped and some I did not.
2. I then used the Project to create a Template.
3. I'm now creating a new Project from another FM file that is based upon the same FM template. I'm using the Flare template that I've created.

Does the template preserve the mapping?
