How to define default topic in HTML5 output?

Hi. New Flare user here and I'm outputting to HTML5. This is NOT a CSH project. How do I define the default topic, that is, the topic that is displayed when a user first opens the project? It seems to be the top/first/uppermost topic in the ToC but the other HATs I've used all had a way to manually define that. BTW, if it's in the Help I'd like to know; I'm not having much luck searching the Flare Help. Thanks. David
