Changing the flow of page layout body frames.

I'm now experimenting with page layouts and if I select one ofthe pages, say L (left page) I can resize the body on the page and add a new body frame. When I add the new body frame Flare adds an arrow showing the direction of flow from one to the other. Is it possible to reverse that arrow so I can change the flow from the frame I added to the one that was there originally. I suppose I could move the frames around and resize them accordingly but I sort of reckon that reversing the arrow would be easier?

I also found myself in a situation where I had two body frames with a reversed flow. I copied body frame 1, then deleted it. The existing frame (that was previously frame 2) then became frame 1. When I pasted the copied frame back in, it became the new Frame 2. Ta-da! Instant frame reversed flow.
