HTML5 Skin - Background image not showing properly

Post by C_Nielsen »

For the main page style element I have it set to an image. When I preview the output, my image is cut-off on the left hand side and then doesn't stretch across the whole web browser window. It seems to be tiled across the whole page. I've tried re-sizing the image but then I don't see the whole image in the output, it's as if it's just been zoomed in. Does anyone have any tips for using the Background image style element?

I don't have Flare open at the moment. Is there an option in the skin to specific "no repeat" for the background image? (I think there is.) Set the repeat attribute to "no repeat" to keep it from tiling the image.

I couldn't find it in the HTML5 skin editor, I know there were ways to set it with the WebHelp skin but I couldn't locate it in the HTML5 one. I did manage to find the "just right" size for the image file so that is fits the way I wanted. Thanks for the reply and suggestion!

I haven't found the right size of my background image. I just want it to have a 'no-repeat" attribute.

There is no property that you can set for the Background Image in the Main page element style with the HTML5 Skin Editor.

Does anyone know in which file I insert a "no-repeat" attribute for my background image ?

Many thanks
