Madcap has stopped working

My madcap software has stopped working, but it works normally before and I didn't change anything.
Now I have delete all the data about madcap as well as the regedit, uninstall and reintall.
It can work the first time i open it, but if I exit and reopen again, it pops up a message: Madcap has stopped working.
could you please tell me why?

There must be more to this message than that.

Also, please provide information stored in the Windows Event Viewer. You may access the Event Viewer by typing Event Viewer in Windows search.
From the Event Viewer, expand Windows Logs and look at the logs: Application and System. You may want to use the Find function to specifically look for MadCap and/or Flare records.
