MadCap searches nothing

When I type a word or a sentence(what ever it is), and press ENTER, Madcap can't search anything, could you tell me what happens

If you have recently installed MadCap Flare or an upgrade, the HTML Help Workshop compiler might have been corrupted during the install process.

Try reinstalling the help workshop (htmlhelp.exe).

You can download the installer for free from Microsoft:
