CHM build stats in XP vs. Win 7

I'm splitting my time between two PCs at work right now (moving from a desktop on XP to a laptop on Win 7). I noticed when I generate CHMs on the Win 7 PC, the Build Progress window doesn't show the number of topics used in the build. The Flare 8 copy on my old XP computer shows this information.
I use the count in metrics (easier than going through the folders to count the topics in the project), so it would be nice to see it in Windows 7, too.
In fact, it would be nice to see that stat in all the outputs (we're phasing out CHMs finally!).
Is this a bug (not working in Win 7) or an enhancement request or both?
