Hello,
When I try to start MadCap with a new User how has never started it, selecting English as Language it starts quick and everything works after a maximum of 10 seconds which ist nice and fine.
But when I try to change to Language to French or German it almost seems like it isn't starting at all. When I select the language and start, the initiation screen takes at least 4 minutes to appear and then again about 10 minutes to complete and loads the flare interface, but even when it is fully loaded it still hangs quite often when doing anything.
It was easy to reproduce for me, we allready reinstalled it and testet it with different users.
I've also run processMonitor to get an Idea of what may be going wrong but appart from flare trying to connect to localhost/IPC$ and trying to access \\localhost\Users\craig\develop\madcap\flare9\Source.Net\Libraries\B3.AppKit\ I couldn't find anything.
( Craig is no user of ours and I could not find anything matching it )
I'd be happy for any ideas on how to fix it.
