Lingo Background thread error when creating a new project

Hi all,
Has anyone experienced the following when creating a new lingo 7 project?
Each time I try creating a new project, i get an error message (See image). I did read in one of the threads that it might be an SQL/Visual Studio issue. I'm running Visual Studio 2010 premium and I just upgraded to SQL Express 2012. Doe anyone have any ideas on what i else i can look at?
After some digging, i found that I get this message with "generating Index and concept maps" and that it has something to do with my Flare project.
