Images Not Scaling in Output

So, the images in my PDF are still the same size as the help output. What have I forgotten?

STEPS
- In Capture, I set up the image to Enable Print Format, and I scaled the output to 150 DPI
- In Flare, I created a new medium called PrintQuickStart
- In my PDF target, I set the Stylesheet Medium to PrintQuickStart
- In my compile, I see a message that says my image was scaled for the output
- When I view my PDF, the image is still the original size

HOWEVER
- If I follow all steps above, with the exception that I choose the standard Medium called Print, my image scales to 150 DPI in the output.

Is it possible that capture will only scale the images if it detects the output is medium = print, and that's it?

Or, is there something I needed to do to make PrintQuickStart as a print output style?

I could have sworn this has worked in the past, but perhaps not. Anyway, any ideas?

Sorry to say that all I can confirm is that I get the same results you do. I tried reproducing your exact steps, and I got the same result. My test image rescaled if the medium was "print" but it did not rescale if the medium was "PrintQuickStart".

Thank you for doing that! Guess I need to call MadCap. Perhaps this is a big report

Perhaps check that the image styles defined for 'print' and 'QuickStartGuide' have the same settings? For example, max-width might be set in one and not the other.

Is there any way of controlling the size of images in the PDF output without using Capture?

My pictures in the PDF output are displayed only partially.
