Flare automagically adding files to TFS

Flare automagically adding files to TFS

Does anyone else find it really annoying and risky that Flare V9.1 and above is now automagically adding files to TFS without notification?

I noticed this as well having just upgraded to V9 recently. I prefer to add files to source control at the end of the project, and there are certain files that I do not want ever to be added to source control. I wonder if there is a user setting to opt out of this feature? Think I'll submit a request to Flare.
