Graphical issue when selecting hyperlinks

When selecting the hyperlinks in the 'Help' file, the hyperlink distorts itself. It is barely seen if clicking the hyperlink works correctly, because it goes to the next screen. If the user happens to highlight the hyperlink the graphical issue will be seen.
I was able to see this a few times, but it doesn't always happen. I think when it happens it would be seen until 'Help' file is closed.
