Can you change the default search bar text prompt from "Search" to something else?

For HTML5 outputs, you can modify this text in the "UI Text" tab within the skin file. For WebHelp & WebHelp Plus, you can modify it in the skin file as well, under Styles > Accordian Item > Search > General > Label.
