I'm using Madcap V9. I changed my computer and so I need to reinstall Madcap V9, but after i input the license key, an error message pops up:
"Unable to activate MadCap Flare V9. You have run out of activations for this product on the domain ...../"
What can I do to activate the software?

Do you still have access to the old computer? If yes, open Flare there and select Help > Deactivate Product. Once done you should be able to activate on the new computer.

If you don't have access to the old computer, then contact MadCap Support and explain the situation. They'll be able to clear out your old PC/key combo so that you can activate on the new PC.
