Header and BreadcrumbsProxy
I was attempting to mimic the way MadCap has their breadcrumbs proxy and header aligned on their web help (in hopes to customize it when I get the hang of it). I added the elements to the CSS, but it is coming out wonky. I have attached some screen shots, as well as the code I have in the stylesheet. Anyone have a clue what I am doing wrong?

I'm not sure what those webkit attributes are in the heading, so delete them or comment them out. Also, specify margin-top:0 for your heading.
In addition, look in the generated output. You'll see that the breadcrumbProxy has been put into a DIV. You might need to manually add that div class to your stylesheet and specify its margins, at least its bottom margin.
