Freezing the Header in Webhelp Mobile skin

Hello,
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set the position of the Header in a webhelp mobile skin to fixed? I can't find any topics that discuss this, only about creating a Header Div and applying the fixed section within the topic... I would like to freeze the Header itself.
