HTML 5 Expand/Collapse Misbehavin'

HTML 5 Expand/Collapse Misbehavin'

When I navigate through my webhelp, all items are expanded for two seconds and then collapses. When I move my mouse over the Expand/Collapse button, the tooltip shows me Collapse all when it should say "Expand All." I would like to not have the items expanded, and have the correct tooltip appear when the mouse is being hovered over it. Any ideas friends? :cry:
