CHM: topic view should begin at the top

in my output (CHM) file, each topic opens at the header.
It should begin at the top of the MasterPage
On the MasterPage I definite a Logo and a topic tool bar (header).

If the content is too long, the topic (hope the word is correct) is open at the header.

Where do I have define it?

I'd like to help, but I'm sorry that I don't quite understand. Perhaps if you posted some screenshots? Save the images to individual files. When posting, click the Upload Attachments tab, below the Preview and Submit buttons. Follow the instructions there to upload those images to be included in your post.

I'd check the topic items in your TOC - they might be linking to a bookmark on the first heading instead of just linking to the topic.

In the project organizer
Open you TOC
Select an entry and View Properties - Look on the General tab.
If the link has a hash(#) - "...#something" then the entry is pointing to a bookmark. You can remove everything from the #mark.

But looking at your pictures, it looks like you are using the Search function - is this correct? The place you jump to may depend on what was being searched.
