Hi all,
I'm looking for a way to create a cross reference in a topic, not to another topic in the project but to the glossary. I create HTML5 output, so the result should be that the glossary tab is opened in the resulting web output.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks,
Siska
How can I create a link to the glossary (tab) in a topic?

I haven't tried something like that with HTML5, but for WebHelp, the only way you could do that was to create a duplicate skin but set its default navigation pane to the Glossary instead of the TOC. You then made a CSH call to the help, but appended that skin name to the call so it opened the help with the Glossary pane visible. It seems like there should be an easier way to do that in HTML5, but I'm not sure what it would be.
Alternatively, you could insert the glossary in a topic but not include it in the TOC. That way you could xref to that topic, while still leaving the Glossary tab as the primary mechanism for users to get to the glossary.
