They're exactly the folders I don't have checked into Source Control. I use Perforce, non Subversion, but the files to check in are the same.

For the benefit of others following this thread:
If one binds a project to Subversion directly from within Flare, Flare already knows to ignore all those folders. It's only when one binds a Flare project using some other Subversion client, such as TortoiseSVN, that one needs to specify which folders to ignore.
