Return topics to sender and NOT using Outlook

Hi

Most of my colleagues who will be using Contributor use WordClient as their e-mail program. I have tested sending and returning review packages with Microsoft Outlook. But does it work if you are not using Office Outlook?

I don't have Flare open at the moment so am going on memory...

My guess is that Flare is integrated only with Outlook.

That said, I think it's fairly easy to simply save a review package to your local drive and then attach it to email sent to your reviewers, using whatever email client you want. They can review and then email the review package back to you, again using whatever email client they want. You can then bring that review package back into Flare (maybe the term of art is "import"? I'm not sure).

All the integration with Outlook gets you is a more-or-less automated process.

Thank you for responding to my question. I found that it actually Works with WordClient, the email that most of my colleagues uges.
