Problems with Generating Builds and Search in Flare v9.1.1

I delayed upgrading from Flare 8 to v9 for as long as I could. As soon as I upgraded I was no longer able to generate a WebHelp or MyHTML help (.chm) output as I had done previously (unless I did them as batch jobs and the output was not always correct). I also noticed that when the Search tab is selected in the WebHelp output, it would hang for at least 10 seconds compared to previously which was about 3 seconds.

This morning(29.10.2013) I received an email from MadCap advising that updates were available for Flare v9.1.1 which I reluctantly updated. The good news is that I can now build both outputs directly from Flare v9.1.2 should I wish to and the output generated is correct. Unfortunately the bad news is the Search is still taking far too long to load :-(

Has anyone else experienced this problem with the Search hanging and can advise any suggestions for resolving this?
For info, I'm using Windows 7, currently testing output using IE 10 and the option in the WebHelp target to Enable Partial Word Searching is switched off.
