Customizable help

We use Flare to build web-based help that ships as a separate installation with our product. From time to time, customers ask when they'll be able to add their own documents and customized instructions to the help. Does anyone here ship help that customers are able to edit according to their needs?

You may want to take a look at WebHelp Plus and / or Pulse. That will allow for adding comments, but not for editing the main content. If you need that you may want to look into delivering help as a Wiki. Unfortunately, Flare does not generate wiki ready output (yet). That would be a good feature request.
