How to convert existing Web site to Flare?

I have an entire Web site I'd like to use Flare to manage. All the files are in XHTML with CSS. A lot of people link to various pages, so I'd like to maintain all file names. My Web pages all have DIVS that create a wider main portion and a narrower "side bar" with drop-down navigation (all CSS-driven) along the top. I'd like to freshen my look and make my Web site friendly to mobile devices. I imagine I should be able to bring in all my files into Flare to create a project, update the CSS, then output them again in, say HTML5 file format.

Can anyone point me to a resource for information on converting existing Web sites this way? Or, any tips and bits of hard-won wisdom? Thanks!
