.NET Framework security policy not allowing right-click

This is not a Flare-specific problem but I wonder how many other people have encountered this. My Flare projects have suddenly started displaying this message when I try to right-click a topic:
Application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permissions, contact your system administrator or use the Microsoft .NET Framework Configuration tool.
The only button available is "Continue", which displays a "crippled" right-click menu (only shows Preview, Open, Open with..., instead of the usual suite of options.)

Oddly enough, when I right-click any other item (graphic file, target, TOC, etc), the normal set of options do appear and I don't get any .NET warnings.

I suspect perhaps my company has modified the security policy behind our backs, but I thought I'd toss this out to the community in case anyone else has encountered this and has found an easy fix. (I've done some googling, but nothing has worked). I was running .NET Framework 4.5.1, then downgraded to .NET 4 in case the recent upgrade was the culprit. I even tried .NET 3.5, but then Flare refused to run.

Thanks.
Carl

I think I found the problem: Internet Explorer 11 seems to be the cause. If anyone else get these symptoms, uninstalling IE11 should do the trick.

In the past, new browser versions were always optional downloads. But Microsoft seems to be following the Chrome and Firefox model of pushing updates automatically. I recommend disabling the "Install new versions automatically" option from the IE About box.
