I'd like to generate reports for each TOC in a project. On this report, I want to see the topic files and paths, plus any snippet file names and paths. I can generate a report for the TOC - Primary Target, but not the remaining TOCs. Is there a workaround to get the report I want other than changing each TOC to Primary in order to get a report for that TOC?
Thanks in advance,
Lisa

Re: Generate Report for each TOC
I don't think so. I think you can just set the different TOCs to primary and rerun the report. You might need to rename the generated reports so that they don't overwrite each other.

Re: Generate Report for each TOC
I didn't think so after I'd tried a few different combinations. I feel that this needs to be a feature request. It would be nice if I could run reports that list the Target, associated TOC, topics files included and the paths to these topics. I'm getting ready to completely overhaul how we manage our topic files, and it would be great for my needs assessment/analysis to show "what is" so that I can get to "what should be".

It would also be great if that report could show the associated graphic and links.
By the way, how do you generate this report in the first place?
I'm just curious.

Generate TOC - Primary Target Report
1. Go to Project Organizer | Reports folder.
2. Click any report or whatever you have in that folder.
3. On the General tab in the Title drop-down list, select TOC - Primary Target.
4. In the Tables section, select what you want to include/exclude in the report.
5. Click Generate.
Those are the basics. I tried multiple combinations of possibilities but didn't get the desired results. If anyone play around with the reports and figures it out, let us know.

Thank you. I will give this a try ... and please forgive my late response. My company's intranet locked me out of the Flare Forum for two weeks.
