Cannot generate Word output from Flare
Error suggests a registry key issue. Removed and reinstalled both Microsoft Office 2007 and Flare, but problem still exists.

Have you tried reinstalling your .NET? This error (to me, at least) implies a problem with the communication between the programs.

I had this same problem along with another coworker. We have spent days trying to resolve the issue.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Office several times, ran repair on all tools, etc., and then installed Flare Version 10 (hoping the new version of Flare might resolve the issue). All to no avail. I still had issues generating Word output.
Then when looking more on the internet for problems similar to this, I found a posting where a person uninstalled another Micorosft Office tool that was on their system and that resolved the problem for them.
So... I checked what Microsoft products I had installed on my system and uninstalled Microsoft Project. Then I ran a repair on Microsoft Office for the upteenth time (just to be sure anything with the Office suite of tools was fixed) and rebooted.
Opened Flare again and found that Flare-to-Word output now works. Yea!
