Word Output Error

When generating the word-output throwing an error as "String longer then 255 characters". Any solutions for this?

That most likely refers to a path / file name. Path and file name are not allowed to be longer than 255 characters, this is a restriction from DOS that still exists in the latest Windows versions.
You may want to see that you either set the output folder to a place closer to the root of the drive and / or shorten the file name.
