Toggler Size suddenly changed

Hi, I am fairly new to using Flare on a daily basis and have been working on my company's help for about a month now. Basically things have been fine until the last few days where the togglers we are using in the Help are ballooning to a huge size.

If I preview the topic then it looks and acts correctly, but when we build the output it is displayed as:



We use the default images for the toggler and have not changed any of the settings, but something seems to have increased the toggler image size. We have tried using different images and the same thing happens. I am just too new to the concept of Togglers to understand what is going on and how to correctly change it.



From the code, it looks like the "natural" size of the icon is being padded to a much larger size, I think during the build process. I have gone through our stylesheets over and over again but have found nothing to indicate why this is occurring. Could there be another style or CSS that is overriding my default sizing?

I have searched through all the Toggler related messages in the forum here, and have not found the information I need to fix this, so am hoping for some help.

Wonderful, thank you for that! So I can set it on an individual topic basis or through the style sheet for all images to not show as thumbnails.

I appreciate the help, you saved me a lot of time and searching.

You don't need to do anything with your style sheet, especially given that you said the problem didn't show up when previewing (and I bet also in generated output) but only when editing in the XML Editor. Rather, you need to tell the XML Editor NOT to show the image as thumbnails while you're editing.

On the XML Editor's toolbar, open the drop-down list that shows a little eyeball. That's the Show Tags drop-down. On the drop-down, make sure that you have NOT selected the option "Show All Images As Thumbnails".

Create a new test project and insert the Drop down. Build and View it.
Does it do the same?

If not, it is something specific to the project and probably something in the stylesheet set on the OL, LI, or A styles.
A quick way to figure out what is going on would be to contact support.

If your using the stock images and settings, attach your stylesheet to the submission and they should be able to figure out what is causing this to happen.
Be sure to let us know what output you are generating.

I can confirm that we do not have "show all images as thumbnails" checked in any of the topics I have looked at (that are affected by the toggle issue).

I am building a new test project now, thanks for that idea. I'll see what comes from that.

Just to confirm, I tried a simple test project and the toggler looked correct and was spaced right.

So it is obviously something in the stylesheet that is overriding the default styles. I've contact support and hope they can help me. Thanks for the tips!
