Flare 10 TOC panel behaviour

Hi,
I've recently upgraded to Flare 10 and seem to have lost one of the features I used most
Typically, I have the TOC docked as my LH panel, edit numerous topics and do a regular 'Save all', then right-click on the TOC and choose 'Close all documents except this one' to get a tidy workspace. But that option isn't there now...like the TOC isn't treated as a 'document' any more.

So, I think, I'll 'Close all documents except this one' from one of the open topics, then close that topic, which would be just one more click than before. But if I do that, the TOC closes too...like it is still a 'document'.
Has anyone else noticed this, or am I missing something? it's remarkably frustrating...

You have to set that pane to Standard Tabs view. Then it will work.

Thanks - hoped there would be a simple answer!
However, that option is greyed out (in the r-click menu).
What am I missing this time

OK..it took a while but I got there. And I was wrong to suggest that Flare 10 behaviour differs from Flare 9 here - it's just being a bit tricksy...
