Use review packages to edit in Flare

Hi,

I've sent my colleague a review package so that he can edit some of my project files in Flare and add new images created using Capture. Although he is working in Flare, it seems that editing the review package prevents the callouts in the edited images from displaying properly.

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

I'm making some guesses here. Does he have the exact same style sheet in Flare that you have used in your project? What the XML Editor shows at any given time depends on lots of factors, e.g., style sheet, medium, page layouts. So before I'd get too wound up about how stuff looks on his side, I'd see what the returned review package looks like back in your project.

If I'm way off track, I'd find it helpful if you'd post am image of the stuff that doesn't look right on his side.

Hi Nita,

The problem is intermittent, but yes, in one case, the file that I received back also does not have the callouts visible. He is working without any project open, it might be worth us trying this with a project open that has the same stylesheets, etc.

At the moment, only one image file doesn't seem to work. We'll have to figure out what's different about that one.
