Project template confusion

I am confused about where to go to download the project templates spoken of on this page:

https://www.madcapsoftware.com/downloads/templates/

The templates mentioned (knowledge base, user guide, slide show, etc.) sound interesting, but I don't see them listed in the gallery.

What am I missing?

I got it. Never mind. But I consider the method, in this case, to be confusing.

I have alerted our Web Team and they will make a change to avoid confusion in the future.

The Project Templates are installed with Flare and available in the "Start New Project Wizard"

Thank you for being responsive. Many lay claim to that quality. The MadCap folks actually possess it.
