Review Pack Wizard - Creating a Custom Message

Does anyone know how create a custom review message when sending a review packet out for review?

I want to create a message that can be shared with a team and used by each member. I know that you can create and save a message when sending out a packet for review each time that you go through the "Send Topic for Review Wizard," but I want to create one uniform message that every writer can use when sending a packet for review to an editor.

Things I've tried:

* Creating a new message, saving it, and then trying to search for the configuration file within the MadCap Flare folder. (Unsuccessful)


Does anyone know how to do this or have a good idea about how I might be able to hack a way to do this?

Doesn't seem like this functionality is possible... I'll create a feature request on Flare's site.

The way we do it is to have an email template with the information that I want. I then 'save' the file to the local server and the users can go and get the file when they need it for review.
Perhaps you could just attach the saved file to the email template?
