How to make page numbers blue in TOC and index

Can anybody help me with these things that Flare help doesn't seem very helpful about?

I'm trying to make just the page numbers appear blue in the TOC and index of the PDF output, so it's clear that they are clickable links. For the TOC, I'd also be happy if I could make just the topic titles appear blue and the page numbers and leaders black. Technically everything is clickable, but the TOC goes on for multiple pages, and having multiple pages of 100% blue text seems weird.

Anybody know which styles I should change?
