Chapter information missing in chapter titles

I'm having difficulty getting my .pdf to show incremental chapter numbers. For example, I want my first chapter to display in the TOC and first page of the chapter as Chapter 1: Introduction, and so on. The .pdf generates without any problem, but this part is missing. I've looked at another Flare file that generates with everything I need, and I appear to have everything matched up with that help file, but it's still missing the chapter numbers.

Is there a particular setting that I'm missing?

How are you adding that part? Did you set up auto-numbering on your heading, or did you just set the TOC Properties to start a new chapter and number the chapter 1? If it's the latter, then that's not enough to add "Chapter 1" to the heading text. You need to also set up an auto-numbering format on the heading tag.
