Inserting javascript file to master page

I imported TOCs(which I recieved from Tech Writing) to my flare project. Now I want to insert my javascript to master page. I already know how to insert it, it is via insert tab > script. However, the problem is that I do not know which is the master page in TOCs that I imported. How can I find which is my master page so that I insert my javascript in master page?

There will be a master page associated with your target. You can see that by looking at the target properties.

There may also be a different master page associated with any specific topic. If so, that will be set in the TOC entry for that topic. If set, that will override the project master page for that topic only.

I'd look at the target first - I assume your output is some sort of HTML, in which case it's less likely that you will have topic-specific master files (printed outputs often need separate layouts for titles, indexes etc) although of course you may.

In my target folder, I have HTML5(Primary). I don't see any Master Page option in General tab. I can see Mater TOC and Master Stylesheet though. Where can I find it under targets?

On the Advanced tab, about half way down.

Thanks, get it. However, My master page is set to default. It does not give enough information about specific master page.

OK, then look at Project > Project Properties > Defaults.
