Flare version 10.2

I just got a notice that version 10.2 is out, but there aren't any release notes on the knowledge base. Does anyone know if bug #55794 related to HTML5 and the skin editor was addressed in this release?

Release notes seem to be here. They were a bit hard to find. The link MadCap provided with the release notification didn't take me anywhere useful.
