Maximum Font size is 96pt?

In my quest to use Capture more often, I wanted to add a curly bracket annotation to an image.

Since there are no pre-made elements, or splines (the polyline doesn't allow curves ) to create my own, I decided to use a text-based curly bracket. Unfortunately, I could not find a way to add text (sans color box/caption) and just as bad, the maximum allowed font size appears to be 96pt.

Any ideas on how I can add a curly bracket (besides importing an external .png)?
