Published Document not reflected in Madcap Flare

We have build Topic structure and published successfully, but it was not reflecting in Madcap Flare.

Could you please give me suggestion on it.

Can you give us more information, please? What have you done, what has happened as expected, and what didn't happen as expected? A screenshot showing where the problem appears to be may help.
