Frame Window Is Like A Crazy Uncle Who Never Leaves
How can I stop the Frame window from popping up every time I click twice on the text screen? It is driving me to drink.

It sounds to me that you're double-clicking outside the "frame" that holds the content, that is, you're double-clicking in the margin space. I'm pretty sure that that's what causes the frame window to open, as Flare thinks that's what you'd like to edit.

Yes, you are right. And since my decoration frame covers an entire page, the only thing for me to do it work on topics using one of MadCap's generic page layouts.
