Creeper Glossary and Index

Post by erinep23 »

Why would, even though I have not added a glossary to my output TOC, even though I have added a conditional tag to the one glossary I have defined that is "Excluded" from my output, I keep having my glossary generated in my output? Does it have to do with the MadCap page layout that I am using (which is a template)?

Same goes for the Index.

Check your target. On the Advanced tab, are these check boxes NOT selected?
-- Generate TOC Proxy
-- Generate Index Proxy
-- Generate Glossary Proxy

Those are relatively new options (Flare 10, or maybe Flare 9?? I can't recall) by which one can generate a Table of Contents, Index, and Glossary in print output even if one doesn't have topics that contain those respective proxies.
